De ‘Kunst van het doseren’ is de “state of the art” voor de antistollingsbehandeling met vitamine K-antagonisten (acenocoumarol en fenprocoumon) in Nederland en wordt uitgegeven door de Federatie van Nederlandse Trombosediensten. De Kunst van het doseren is een handleiding voor het doseren met vitamine K-antagonisten en beoogt het bereiken van optimale effectiviteit en veiligheid bij de behandeling met deze middelen. Deze handleiding biedt hiervoor de noodzakelijke richtlijnen, leidraden, adviezen en achtergrondinformatie. De uitgave is bestemd voor alle artsen die de antistollingsbehandeling van patiënten begeleiden.
